(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.153 dated 06.11.2024 registered under Sections 64 and 351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar (Rural). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been arrested and, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as having become infructuous.
