This is an incomplete petition which is pending before this Court since 2025, and has been listed before this Court by the registry for passing appropriate orders. In fact, there is a general direction for listing all those cases, which have neither been pursued, nor the requisite corrections and the defects as pointed out by the registry, have been removed.

Considering the aspect that the main petition was filed for seeking direction to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar (respondent No.2) to facilitate conduct of a fair and impartial investigation, in light of the legal pursuits and adding the offence as per applicable penal provisions, in case, FIR No.179 dated 29.09.2024, under Sections 333, 115(2), 118(1) (offence under Section 118(2) added later on) of BNS, 2023 registered at PS Gate Hakima, Amritsar, and no one has turned up to meet out the objections/deficiencies, which were pointed out by the Registry, to dispose of the application in accordance with law. 3.

Thus, the present petition is hereby dismissed, same being neither valid nor prosecuted.
