This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in CWP-24440-2024. 2.

Compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Kamal Deep Goyal, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. As per the affidavit, the claim of the petitioner has been reconsidered and rejected vide order dated 17.10.2025 which has been appended with affidavit as Annexure R-6. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
