Learned State counsel submits that the second bail application filed by the petitioner was withdrawn on 10.07.2025, wherein a direction has been issued by the Coordinate Bench to expedite the trial and the recovery of commercial quanity of contraband has been effected from him as was from coaccused Sandeep Singh @ Sabi, who is also in custody, in view of which, his learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 2.
