SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS is for issuance of directions to the respondents not to harass the petitioner by threatening to dispossess him from the peaceful possession of the land where the petitioner is running a 'dhaba' under the name and style of 'Khalsa Dhaba' as well as Ghulad.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to withdraw the petition.
