Instant petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.234, dated 09.10.2011, under Sections 307, 120-B, 458 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar, Nakodar, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order of even date passed separately by this Court in CRM-M-62083-2024, the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
