(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing respondents No.1 to 4 to appoint the petitioners on their respective posts which they were holding prior to June, 2019 when their services were terminated in order to appoint the private respondents No.5 to 11 at their places and further directing the respondents to not to replace the petitioners with any daily wager or with another contractual employee in the absence of regular employee. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies, as permissible under the law.
