-.- Present review application has been filed for reviewing the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in CWP-27293-2024 by which, the writ petition (CWP-27293-2024) was dismissed by the Co-ordinate Division Bench of this Court.

Keeping in view the fact that present one is not a case where the nomination form has not been accepted or where nomination form had been torn, for which adjudication of issues the liberty has been given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) NO. 25527 of 2024 titled as Sunita Rani and others versus State of Punjab and others, decided on 18.11.2024 to file a review application, hence, no ground is made out for allow the prayer made in the present review application. Hence, the present review application stands dismissed.
