 0 '1 ,2 Both these applications have been filed for seeking review of the final order dated 14.11.2024 passed by this Court in the main petition. RA-CW-518-2024 In this application, it has been pointed out that in the end part of paragraph No.4 it has been mentioned as under: "He submits that the possession of the property has since been delivered........"

It is further submitted that instead of above, it should have been mentioned as under:

"He submits that the possession of the property has since not been delivered........"

RA-CW-520-2024 In this application, apart from the above noted error, it is pointed out that in the first paragraph of the final order the title of Appeal No.181 of 2024 has been mentioned as "M/s Ambika Realcon Developers Pvt. Ltd. & others versus Amit Goyal and another"; whereas it should have been mentioned as "M/s Ambika Realcon Developers Pvt. Ltd. & others versus Satish Kumar and others."

The above mistakes appear to have been crept in the final order dated 14.11.2024 due to oversight and inadvertence; and hence the same are liable to be corrected.

Accordingly, both the applications are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the final order dated 14.11.2024.

For rest of the reliefs sought for in the abovesaid applications, the parties are at liberty to raise all their pleas before the
