(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the amount of Rs.3,40,000/-, which have been deducted by the respondent while releasing the retiral benefits including arrears of pay, GPF, leave encashment, pension, etc. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
