Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned order dated 10.03.2023, Annexure P-7, whereby respondents have cancelled the license of the petitioner. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Rule 6 of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Rules, 2013. She seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy.
