Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to release the minor detenue, namely, Aili daughter of the petitioner aged around 1 year, who has been illegally detained by respondent No.6. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with better particulars.
