An affidavit dated 08.12.2025 has been filed by Mr. Ajay Singh, Secretary-cum-Executive Officer, Market Committee, Pehowa, District Kurukshetra, respondent No.5. Relevant extract of the affidavit reads as under:- "2.

That prior the present writ petition, notices dated 28.09.2025 and 29.09.2025 were duly issued to the concerned licensed Commission Agents (Arhtiyas) operating under jurisdiction of the Market Committee. (Annexure R-1) 3.

That the concerned licensed Commission Agents appeared before the Market Committee on 06.12.2025 and furnished their written and oral assurance that in future, no wheat, paddy or any agricultural produce shall be stored, dumped or placed in the HSVP residential area, KUSUM 2025.12.12 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh

That a warning has been issued to all such licensed Commission Agents on 06.12.2025, and the same has been duly recorded in the office file of the Market Committee, Pehowa for future reference and compliance. (Annexure R-3) 5.

That the Market Committee is monitoring the situation and ensuring that no such violation takes place in future and proper directions have been issued to the inspection staff, after inspection and at present ground is vacant. Photograph attached is annexed as (Annexure R-4)"

In view of the assurance given by respondent No.5, writ petition is disposed of.
