Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that a petition, Annexure P-15, preferred by the petitioner is pending before the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Chandigarh. By making a reference to e-mail communication dated 13.10.2025, Annexure P-17, he submits that petitioner has been intimated that the matter cannot be fixed for hearing till the time the post of Member Legal is filled. Counsel asserts that petitioner has been left remediless. Counsel has invited the attention of the Court to the interim prayer made in the petition as reproduced at page No.168 of the paperbook and order dated 31.01.2025, Annexure P-6, passed by the Appellate KAMAL SHARMA 2025.10.29 17:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, counsel for respondent No.1-PSPCL has categoric instructions from Mr. Ashish Bansal, XEN, to submit that the contesting respondent does not have any objection to the said interim arrangement and submits that this arrangement can continue till the time the interim application is finally decided by the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission.

In view of the statement made by counsel for PSPCL, writ petition is disposed of. Interim arrangement as mentioned above shall continue till the decision of the interim application, filed by the petitioner, before the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission as stated by counsel for PSPCL.
