The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the suspension order dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the instant writ petition, the Appellate Authority i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Ambala has passed an order dated 30.07.2025 whereby, the stay application filed by the petitioner along with his appeal HIMANI GUPTA 2025.11.26 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

challenging the suspension order dated 25.07.2025 has been dismissed, accordingly, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars after laying challenge to the order dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure P-9). 4.

In view the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
