The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.355, dated 24.09.2025 under Sections 316 (2), 318(4) and 61(2) BNS, registered at Police Station City Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad. 2.

This Court vide order dated 22.10.2025 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 22.10.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Inder Singh has stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and that he is no longer required for further investigation as of now. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 22.10.2025 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
