The present petition is preferred against the impugned order dated 05.09.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, whereby the interim maintenance to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.6000/- per month from the date of filing of the petition and litigation expenses of Rs.8000/- is ordered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the amount of interim maintenance awarded by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, is on the lower side.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

A perusal of the impugned order dated 05.09.2024 shows that before awarding the interim maintenance the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, has taken into consideration the evidence on record showing the income of the respondent.
