(Oral) The petitioners assail order dated 16.4.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur (Annexure P-3) vide which the Trial Court has cancelled the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioners and has ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants. It transpires that subsequently the petitioners have also been declared proclaimed offenders vide order dated 10.12.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge order dated 10.12.2024 vide which the petitioners have been declared proclaimed offenders pursuant to the absence of the petitioners.
