Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that case of the petitioners is squarely covered by judgment dated 04.09.2025 passed by this Court in 'Sandeep Kumar and others v. State of Haryana and Others', CWP No.24483 of 2025. 2.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Khubbar, Addl. A.G, Haryana, who on advance notice is present in Court on behalf of respondent-State, expressed his inability to controvert applicability of aforesaid judgment to the facts of instant case.
