ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) With reference to our order dated January 13, 2025, learned State counsel submits that the competent authority (Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram), has since granted regular parole to the petitioner for a period of 10 weeks, subject to the conditions enumerated in the order. He has shared with us a copy of the order dated January 14, 2025, which is retained on record as "Mark-X".

In the wake of the above, nothing substantive survives in the petition. Therefore, the same is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
