The only claim made by the petitioner is with regard to the breakdown of the taxation, which the respondents are demanding from him. The remedies are always available to the petitioner under the RTI Act to seek such information from the Department.

This Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot perform the said duty of getting information for the petitioner. 3.
