CRM-M-61766-2024 -2CRM-M-61766-2024 Present petition under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0144 dated 07.11.2024, under Sections 115(1), 118, 351(1), 324(2), 191(1) and 190 of BNS, 2023 and (Section 117(2) of BNS, 2023 added later on), registered at PS Doraha, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, from ASI Mukhtiar Singh, has apprised the Court that in compliance of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the afore-said submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2024, is hereby made absolute.
