)*+ Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Bikram Khan, while placing on record the copy of order dated 28.10.2025 passed in CRWP-11475-2025 by the Co-ordinate Bench, has submitted that the detenue namely Daljit Kaur has solemnised marriage with one Gurjinder Singh and that she is residing with him presently. As per learned State counsel, on the ground of above-mentioned marriage she had sought protection, which had been granted by the Court by virtue of abovementioned order dated 28.10.2025.   Faced with this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw present petition, with liberty to take appropriate remedies before the appropriate forum.
