This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 14.11.2024 passed in CWP-8440-2024 and order dated 28.05.2025 passed in CM-8060-CWP-2025 in CWP-8440-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the inquiry has since been concluded.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
