(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to grant the benefit of full pension to the petitioners, who are retirees from Aided Colleges, on completion of twenty years of qualifying service as admissible to teachers in Government Colleges in terms of notification, dated 25.08.2014, under Rule 8(1) of the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pension) Part-II Rules, 2009.

The issue already stands decided against the petitioners vide judgment, dated 09.12.2024, rendered by this Court in CWP-9029-2018 titled V.K. Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and another. 3.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition, and it stands dismissed.
