Present petition has been filed by the petitioners, for quashing of the FIR No.190 dated 17.07.2021, under sections 406, 420 IPC, section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar Rural, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 24.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) affected between the parties.

Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that since in compliance to the direction dated 31.10.2025 passed by this Court, both the sides have failed to get their statements recorded by appearing before the Court of learned Magistrate, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

However, it will be open for the petitioners to file a fresh petition, in case, any fresh cause of action accrues in the future.
