This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 17.03.2025 passed in CWP-4351-2025.

Learned State counsel has supplied a copy of speaking order dated 26.11.2025 deciding the legal notice dated 01.11.2024 sent by the petitioner, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
