(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for the release of detenues namely Intjar Hasan and Payal, who are illegally detained by respondent No.4 and a warrant officer be appointed to locate the detenues and to get them released from the illegal custody of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
