(Oral) This is second petition for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.65 dated 27.05.2021, registered under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka.

The allegations against the petitioner are that he has sexually assaulted his step-daughter aged thirteen years. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that trial is going on and only six witnesses remain to be examined. The victim as well as the complainant have supported the prosecution version. Besides, DNA report has also certified that the petitioner is biological father of the victim's aborted child. 4.

Considering the aforementioned facts, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
