(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.169, dated 24.08.2025, under Sections 118(1), 126(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS registered at Police Station City Budhlada, District Mansa in cross case DDR No.42 dated 24.08.2025 under Sections 118(1) & 3(5) of BNS and in DDR No.43 dated 03.10.2025 vide which Section 118(2) of BNS, was enhanced. 2.
Vide order dated 04.11.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 04.11.2025, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute.

CRM-M-60119-2025 the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for further investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant has however opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 6.
In view of the above, interim order dated 04.11.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
