The instant criminal writ petition embodies a prayer for issuance of directions upon the official respondents to ensure protection of petitioner's life and liberty at the hands of the private respondents. 2.

At the outset itself, the learned State counsel, who is in receipt of advance notice, informs this Court that the petitioner has herself informed the inquiry officer concerned that she does not have any threat or danger to her life and liberty.

In view of the above made submission, no further direction is required to be passed at this stage. Therefore, the instant petition is closed. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
