(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after having argued for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand. He has further submitted that, since 14 witnesses out of total cited 20 witnesses have been examined/given up, the trial proceedings be expedited. The petition in hand is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to make an earnest endeavour for expeditious disposal of the trial.

State of Haryana as also Director of Forensic Science Laboratory, Madhuban, Karnal is directed to make an earnest endeavour to send the relevant FSL report to the trial Court, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
