Instant petition has been filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing/setting aside of order dated 27.09.2025 (Annexure P-5) granting two day's police remand and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, submits that after filing of the instant petition, no one has remained in his contact to pass on further instructions as to whether learned counsel is required to argue the matter or not. Therefore, he is unable to assist the Court.
