By way of present contempt petition, the petitioners pray for initiation of proceedings against the respondents alleging willful violation of interim order dated 04.11.2016 passed by this Court in RSA No. 803 of 2016 whereby the alienation of the suit property was ordered to be stayed till the next date of hearing.

A perusal of the plaint shows that the suit property was 2 Bighas 8 Biswas being 1/3 share of total land measuring 7 Bighas 4 Biswas comprised in Khewat/Khatoni No. 395/756 to 758, bearing Khasra Nos. 1428/1234/476(1-16),1592/477/3(2-15),1432/1237/479(1-8),1590/477/1(016),1591/477(0-9) situated within revenue estate of Village Madhopur, Tehsil Dera Bassi, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali whereas the respondent has alienated 12 Biswas 04 Biswasi of land vide sale deed dated 07.10.2024 out of his own share of 01 Bigha 12 Biswas in the joint holdings of 07 Bighas 04 PARVINDER SINGH 2025.04.05 09:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

COCP No. 5293 of 2024 Biswas of land and, therefore, there is no violation of the interim order dated 04.11.2016 passed by this Court.

Under such circumstances, finding no merit in the contempt petition, the same is hereby dismissed.
