MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined, a prayer was made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to raise all pleas during the course of trial.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. At this stage, a prayer has been made by the learned senior counsel seeking the petitioner's exemption during the course of trial. A perusal of the petition reveals that no such prayer has, however, been made therein, however, in case the petitioner moves an appropriate application seeking exemption, before the learned trial Court, the same shall be decided expeditiously by the trial Court concerned in accordance with law.
