(Oral) At this stage, as per the instructions received from the respondent, counsel gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, filed by him, before the court below on 25.07.2025. i.e. the date already fixed. In the given circumstances, even though, none had made appearance on behalf of the applicant, the transfer application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, in view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the respondent.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the undertaking, given aforesaid.
