Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 27.09.2025, under Section 21 NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Rureka Kalan, District Barnala (Punjab). 2.

Vide order dated 28.10.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 28.10.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 28.10.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S. 6.

Petition stands allowed.
