In the present writ petition, petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider his case for grant of benefit of notional promotion and retiral benefits in terms of the seniority list dated 14.05.2024 (Annexure P1).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, she will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice 19.09.2025 (Annexure P2) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
