[2] No ground is made out for exemption of the cost imposed on respondent No.2.

COCP-5326-2025 [4] Compliance report by way of affidavit dated 03.12.2025 of Shri Vinay Pratap Singh, Commissioner, Excise and Taxation, Haryana, on behalf of respondent No.2, has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record.
