The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.121 dated 07.09.2025, registered under Sections 109, 125, 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in compliance of order dated 28.10.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.

CRM-M-59972-2025 (O&M) ( 2 ) Fazilka, has been filed by learned State counsel and the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel apprised this Court that the petitioner is arrested in another case i.e. FIR No.327 dated 25.12.2025, registered under Section 21 of NDPS Act, at Polie Station ANTF, Mohali, and he has joined the investigation after procuring his presence through production warrants. On instructions from ASI Satnam Singh, learned State counsel further submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation in the present case. 5.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail granted by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.10.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
