Mr. Prashant Singh Chauhan, Advocate, for complainant. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner apprehends his arrest in respect of the offence of attempt to murder in case FIR No. 421 dated 31.10.2024 under Sections 115, 126, 3(5), 324(6) and 351(2) (Sections 109(1), 117(4), 191(3) and 238-C added later on) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 registered at Police Station Rewari City, District Rewari, Haryana, where overt act on the part of the petitioner has caused grievous injury of fracture on the frontal part of the bone of the injured.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the presence of criminal antecedents, this Court declines anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.

The petition stands dismissed.
