On 08.01.2026 the following order was passed : 'On 21.03.2025 the following order was passed : "There has been no compliance of the order dated 08.01.2025 passed by this Court and hence fresh notice to the respondent could not be issued. Today a written request for an adjournment is circulated on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that he is in personal difficulty though no one is present in Court to press the said adjournment slip.

Last opportunity is granted to the counsel for the petitioner to furnish fresh correct address of the respondent within a period of four weeks from today AMAN JAIN 2026.01.14 10:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CR-7247-2024 (O&M) -2and on doing so fresh notice be issued to the respondent, returnable 28.08.2025."

Despite the last opportunity having been granted to furnish correct address of the respondent, there has been no compliance of the order dated 21.03.2025, hence, notice could not be issued to the respondent. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 13.01.2026. To be shown in the urgent list.

Registry to inform the counsel for the petitioner accordingly.'

Till date the aforesaid orders have not been complied with. Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice since morning and the counsel for the petitioner being duly informed by the Registry. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
