Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in FIR No.271 dated 27.10.2024, under Sections 109(1), 115, 117(2), 190, 191(2), 324(4), 333 and 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 (Section 118(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 added subsequently), registered at P.S. Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar.

At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, on account of supervening events, the present petition has become infructuous.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, as becoming rendered infructuous.
