*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 23.08.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
