***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 for protection of life and liberty to the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 9.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Mahipal, submits that there is no threat perception in view of the statement so recorded of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners concurs with the submissions made by the learned State counsel.

In view of above submission, no further cause of action survives in the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
