This order shall dispose of present petition for grant of anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner, an accused in case FIR No.95 dated 13.08.2025 under Sections 115(2),118(1),118(2) and 3(5) of BNS registered at P.S Ranger Nangal, Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Tarsem Lal, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation on 07.12.2025 and is no longer required for further custodial interrogation. 4.

On 27.11.2025, following order was passed by this Court: "Status Report dated 26.11.2025 by way of affidavit of Mr. Harish Behal, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Sri Hargobindpur, Police District Batala, has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State, which is taken on record. It has been specified therein that injury attributed to the present petitioner has since been declared 'Grievous' in nature.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. The petition for quashing the FIR on the basis of the said compromise has already been filed in which parties have been directed to appear before the MANOJ KUMAR 2025.12.17 03:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order learned trial Court to get their statements recorded. Further,
CRM-M-60306-2025 petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
Learned counsel for the complainant also endorses the factum of compromise.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required to do so by the Investigating Agency. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on ad-interim bail, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The petitioner shall also be abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). " 6.
Keeping in view the above submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner as also the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, interim bail granted vide order dated 27.11.2025 is hereby confirmed, subject to conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. Further the petitioner is directed to join investigation as and when required in future by way of written notice for such purpose to be served by Investigating Officer of this case upon the petitioner; he will not tamper with the evidence nor will influence the witnesses and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. 7.
The petition stands allowed.
