(Oral) The substantial prayer made in the petition in hand read thus :- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this application may kindly be allowed and direction may kindly be issued to direction to the Ld. Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Moga for expeditious disposal of the application dated 05.07.2024 bearing no. CRM-122/2024 (now CRM-575 of 2024 after the same was marked to the Ld. Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Moga) moved by the petitioner in case FIR No. 90 dated: 21.06.2024 U/s 376, 376-AB IPC, Section 6 and 21 of POCSO Act registered at P.S. Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga, which is pending since long, in the interest of justice." Keeping in view the nature of prayer made, this Court is not inclined to call upon the respondents at this stage. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned trial Court to take expeditious decision upon the application dated PARVINDER SINGH 2024.12.17 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
