The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 10.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-18003-2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent contends that order dated 10.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-18003-2023 has been complied with. He has produced a copy of Pay Order dated 09.03.2026, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has already been supplied to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, since order dated 10.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-18003-2023, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
