Main case The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.217 dated 25.09.2024 under Section 65(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Sadar, Police Commissionerate Amritsar.
