Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed here-under:- Name of Petitioner(s) FIR No.

The primary allegation against the petitioner is that she has been falsely implicating individuals in criminal cases involving offences, such as rape, moral turpitude, outraging the modesty of women and under the POCSO Act.

FIR No.407 dated 27.05.2022 under Sections 376, 354, 506 of IPC, 6 of POCSO Act, PS Punjabi West, Delhi Kashish Uppal Amit Garg and Kapil Aggarwal Still pending in Delhi Court.
